Very friendly staff, who made the whole experience extremely easy. They talked directly to my daughter and ensured she felt comfortable.

Looked After Children Nursing Service – December 2024

The nurse was extremely friendly and made my young person feel comfortable to open up.

Physiotherapy (musculoskeletal) – December 2024

The physio knew what they were doing and introduced me to more and more exercises as the sessions progressed. They were all tailored to my needs and progress.

Sexual health – December 2024

I was provided with easy to understand information about my procedure. The nurses were very professional and supportive and they protected my dignity throughout the procedure.

Lymphoedema Service – December 2024

Very good, helpful information about condition, treatment and how to proceed.

School Health (Kent) – December 2024

It gave my child a safe space to talk and gave me as a parent, new tools to try to also help. (Children and Young People's counselling)

Falls Prevention Service – December 2024

Professional, enthusiastic, compassionate and organised staff team. People were treated as individuals and the staff approach was to support at the different levels of needs for each person.

Community Chronic Pain Service – December 2024

The audiologist was very approachable and patient centred. Not only did they articulate and communicate the care they provided, but explained everything in an appropriate manner that both myself and my daughter understood.

Cardiac Rehabilitation Service – December 2024

The exercise session gave me confidence to carry on doing normal activities, without worrying I would be doing too much. The talks are very enlightening.

Community Rehabilitation Team – December 2024

The whole course was excellent. Staff were kind and listened. I was offered advice, even when not connected to the balance issues. My legs feel stronger and my confidence has improved. No falls since joining the groups. Being issued with a walking aid for outdoors mobility has been very helpful.

Community orthopaedics – December 2024

A knowledgeable and understanding doctor carried out a thorough examination of my arm, shoulder and neck and recommended a practical way forward.
