Immunisation Service – November 2024

Nurses were very professional and friendly. My child felt comfortable during and after vaccination.

Health Visiting Service – November 2024

I felt very supported at all times by the health visitor. I always felt like I had someone to turn to if I needed help. Put all my worries to rest.

Sexual health – November 2024

Very friendly, helpful staff and very knowledgeable. They gave excellent advice and patient care and made me feel very comfortable during my visit.

Whitstable and Tankerton Hospital – November 2024

The staff on the ward were all friendly, helpful and accommodating, made me feel like I was important and they were encouraging at all times.

Urgent Care Team (west Kent) – November 2024

School Health (Kent) – November 2024

Sessions were organised well. Emails were sent in a timely manner, with all necessary information provided. Communication was handled really well. (Children and Young People's counselling)

Respiratory Service (east Kent) – November 2024

The practitioner listens to my concerns and was able to help me and get things sorted for me. They always make me feel at ease and my anxiety gets better when they are talking and listening to me. Makes my day.

South East DriveAbility – November 2024

I thought the service was excellent, from being met at the station and taken to the centre. Everything was explained to me, as to what was going to happen. The driving instructors were excellent and I was constantly put at ease.

Podiatry – November 2024

I felt that the podiatrist understood, cared about me and was keen to help. They explained my condition to me and the best course of action to achieve relief.

Home Treatment Service (west Kent) – November 2024

Staff were very smiley and professional. They went about their tasks in an efficient manner, explaining everything in detail. They were very reassuring and it was a pleasure to have them in my home.

Physiotherapy (musculoskeletal) – November 2024

I was treated with care and given exercises that helped my condition. I was listened to and all my questions were answered.

Community paediatrics – November 2024

Very nice nurse. Everything was explained very clearly, warm and nice atmosphere.

The dietitian was amazing from start to finish. Made me feel at ease, was comprehensive, warm, welcoming and knowledgable. Never rushed. It was a very happy experience throughout.

Children’s Therapies – November 2024

The therapist was absolutely amazing with my son, who has not long turned one. They made our Friday mornings a joy and were so friendly, supportive and a massive help. A true credit to the service.

Childrens Continence Product Service – November 2024

The healthcare assistant was very supportive and listened to the challenges we have with our son. They were very understanding with the difficulties of everyday life for children with autism.

Community orthopaedics – November 2024

Given plenty of time to explain my problems. Felt I was listened to and then given an explanation for my symptoms.

Community nursing – November 2024

The nurses have been incredible, every day. Making me feel comfortable and taking the best care of me.

Community Rehabilitation Team – November 2024

The physiotherapist was very kind and put me at ease straight away. They told me exactly what we would be doing before carrying out any physical tests. They were encouraging and supportive while I was trying my exercises and discussed my goals with me and the future plan.

Community Chronic Pain Service – November 2024

I am really enjoying the course and am hopeful that I will be able to manage my pain better with everything I am learning.

Cardiac Rehabilitation Service – November 2024

Staff attention to detail was excellent. The team are compassionate and caring, which really helps at the start of the rehab. (Exercise Physiology)

Acute Response Team (ART) – November 2024

All the team are very good and helpful. Always here between times mentioned, what ever was asked was done, even with a language barrier. Good service and good help.
