The minor injury unit at Edenbridge Memorial Health Centre is closed today (Friday, 9 August). Your nearest local alternative is Sevenoaks Urgent Treatment Centre.

Our ChatHealth service for teenagers is not affected.

Her Majesty, the Queen’s funeral on Monday, 19 September is a bank holiday. All urgent care services, or services that would normally operate on a weekend or a bank holiday, such as, district nursing and rapid response, will continue.

Planned appointments for other services will be rescheduled. If this affects you, you will be contacted by the service and informed of the cancellation. The service will contact you again to rearrange your appointment. Catch-up clinics are being planned to keep waiting times to a minimum. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact the service if you need any further assistance.

This referral form should only be completed by a health professional (lactation consultant, infant feeding advisor or breastfeeding counsellor) who has received adequate training in assessing oral function or is confident in doing so. We are unable to accept referrals from health professionals who have not received additional training.
