Who we are
We are a team of paediatric nurses and children’s support workers providing hands-on care and support to children and young people whose needs range from short-term illnesses to long-term disabilities or chronic health conditions and end of life care.

What we do
We provide specialist nursing care, support, advice and training to children and young people from birth to 19-years-old who have a nursing need or would like a short break in a community setting or closer to home. We also support their families.
We also provide training, support and advice to parents, carers and other agencies working with children and young people, as well as helping young people manage their own health needs.
