Listen to relaxation exercises

We know it’s sometimes hard to take a break during your busy day, but it’s really important that every now and then you take a bit of time out.

We’ve put together two 15-minute sessions to help you to zone out, chill out and relax. Try both and see what suits you!

  1. 15-minute breathing session (seated) will help you to control your breathing and relax.
  2. 15-minute relaxation session (lying down) will help you to relax and zone out for a short time
