We provide nursing care for people with learning disabilities in Kent.
We work with people with a wide range of abilities and needs, their families and carers, in a diverse range of settings, providing both general and specialist nursing.
We treat the whole person, not the disability. We strive to help people to live their best life, whatever it takes.
We work with social care, the voluntary sector and colleagues across the NHS to make sure we give the people we care for what they need, when they need it.
