200 to 350 calories
- Large muffin
- Individual pot of rice pudding with two heaped tablespoons of milk powder
- Three to four cream crackers with butter and cheese
- One pot Rolo dessert
- Angel delight made with full cream milk and two tbsp of milk powder
- Three to four cream crackers with pate
- One medium size sausage roll
- One slice of cheese on toast
- One individual pork pie
- Two small chocolate fudge bars (50g)
- Ovaltine made with 200mls full cream milk
- One bag of full fat crisps
- One bowl of cornflakes with full cream milk, one tbsp sugar and glass of orange juice
- Two slices toast with peanut butter
- One egg custard tart
- Handful of nuts (40g)
- Medium slice cheesecake (approximately one-sixth of a large cheesecake)
- One pitta bread with hummous
- One quarter of a large quiche
- Two crumpets with chocolate spread
- Six toffees
- Standard shop bought chocolate bar (50g)
- Two small samosas
- Three spring rolls
- Three to four tbsp jelly with 50g condensed milk
- 150g thick and creamy yogurt
- Build up drink (made up with 200mls of full cream milk).
350 to 500 calories
- 200mls of fortified milk with two tbsp double cream and Nesquik flavouring
- One scone with jam and clotted cream
- One Mr Kipling, individual apple pie with 50g double cream
- Two slices of cheese on toast
- 200g pot clotted cream rice pudding
- One ready to drink Mars milkshake (400mls)
- 200g pot Crème Brulee
- One pitta bread with taramasalata.
- One to two medium fillets of mackerel (140g) with one slice of bread and butter
- One Danish pastry
- One pot noodle
- One apple turnover
- One individual pizza
- One large bar of flapjack (75g bar)
- One waffle with maple syrup and ice cream
- O e medium size chocolate brownie
- 70g yogurt coated nuts or dried fruit
- Small cinema box of sweet popcorn (100g)
- One Complan milkshake made up with full cream milk
- One pint of fortified milk.
