- On arrival at Heathside Centre, please report to Bevan House reception. They will let the clinician know you have arrived and where to wait for your appointment. .
- Free car parking is available but can be busy.
Children’s Resource Centre – located in Darent Valley hospital, Darenth Wood Road, Dartford, Kent, DA2 8DA
- Please enter through the Children’s Resource Centre entrance, which is a separate entrance to the main hospital building.
- Parking is available and chargeable, but often very busy.
Gravesham Community Hospital - Bath Street, Gravesend, Kent, DA11 0DG
- On arrival at Gravesham Community Hospital, please report to reception who will let you know where to go for your appointment.
- Cash only parking is available but very limited. Please allow time to find alternative parking.
Sevenoaks Hospital - Hospital Road, Sevenoaks, TN13 3PG
- On arrival at Sevenoaks Hospital, please make your way to the minor injuries unit and then take the lift to the 2nd floor. Follow the signs to Audiology and wait in the waiting area just before the double doors. A member of staff will collect you.
- Parking is available and chargeable but limited. Please allow time to find alternative parking.
Dartford East Health Centre, Pilgrims Way, Dartford, DA1 1QY
- On arrival at Dartford East Health Centre, please wait in the waiting area and the clinician will come to collect you at your allotted time.
- A patient car park is available with free parking.
Abbey Court - St John's Rd, Tunbridge Wells TN4 9TF
- Jelly Fish Room: On arrival at Abbey Court in the Dolphin Centre, please wait on the ground floor opposite the Pharmacy. The clinician will come and collect you at your allotted time.
- Octopus Room : On arrival at Abbey Court in the Dolphin Centre, please go to the third floor and report to reception.
- Turtle Room: on arrival at Abbey Court in the Dolphin Centre, please go to the third floor and report to reception.
- There is very limited parking available at Abbey Court, so we advise that you seek alternative parking elsewhere. The nearest car park is located in John Street (Postcode TN4 9RU)
Woodlands Health Centre - Allington Road Paddock Wood TonbridgeTN12 6AX
- On arrival at The Woodlands Health Centre, please go to the first floor waiting area. The clinician will come and collect you at your allotted time.
Larkfield Health Centre - Martin Square, Larkfield, Aylesford ME20 6QJ
- On arrival at Larkfield Health Centre, please go to the first floor waiting area. The clinician will come and collect you at your allotted time.

School appointments
- On arrival at the school, please report to reception and advise them who you are and what time your appointment is.
Video appointments
- You will be sent a link to join the video call by text or email. If you have not received the link, please check your junk or spam folders and contact us as soon as possible if you cannot find it.
- For some appointments a ‘live link’ will be sent to you by text message as the appointment starts. Please check your appointment information.
Telephone appointments
- You will be called by a withheld or private number. We will contact you on the number we have on record for you at the time of your appointment.
