Adult Neurodevelopmental Service (Autism and ADHD) – October 2024

The service I received was outstanding. All of the staff I was in contact with were professional, caring and really helpful. I think it is really important for Autistic people to have post-diagnostic support, especially the kind of help I got from this service.

Urgent Care Team (west Kent) – October 2024

Urgent care – October 2024

It was the first time I had attended this unit and luckily, it wasn't too busy. I had a lovely welcome from the check-in receptionist. I was triaged almost immediately and had only 15 minutes to wait before seeing the nurse, who was most kind and very helpful. Just brilliant - thank you.

Sexual health – October 2024

I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. My symptoms were properly explained and a treatment plan was executed immediately.

Physiotherapy (musculoskeletal) – October 2024

Support tailored to my needs at a pace that fits with my lifestyle for long term, to prevent future issues. My questions were answered fully and explained clearly.

Lymphoedema Service – October 2024

Lots of explanation and care undertaken to ensure I was informed. Calm approach and attitude. Warm and friendly and I did not feel rushed at all.

Podiatric surgery – October 2024

Extremely friendly and professional service. The consultant listened carefully and was able to get to the root cause of the problem with my foot.

Frequent Service User Service – October 2024

The support worker helps me out if I need help calling people and sorting my bills, is a nice person and is good company. They always answer my calls and never let me down.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service – October 2024

The therapists were helpful, informative and caring. The course has made a massive difference to me physically and mentally.

Home Treatment Service (west Kent) – October 2024

It's a first class service. Doctors and nurses have time to hear your worries and there is less stress to be seen at home. All staff couldn't be more helpful.

Frailty Home Treatment Service (east Kent) – October 2024

Always very friendly and helpful to talk through the process. The team do a really good job.

Health Visiting Service – October 2024

The health visitor gave me a good amount of information and support, immediately making me feel comfortable to discuss everything. They also included my partner in the conversation which was extremely appreciated and helped him feel involved, which helped both of us.

Nurse was extremely good and very friendly. They dealt with my problem in a very professional and caring manner.

Dietetics and Nutrition Services – October 2024

East Sussex School Health – October 2024

My child was seen very quickly. The nurse was excellent, the process was clearly explained to my child and the paperwork was sent to me so that I could print it out. It was all very positive, the nurse rescued my child in a way that I could not.

Community paediatrics – October 2024

The doctor was very patient and compassionate, showed understanding and actively listened. Also provided reassuring feedback and explained the process and what to expect regarding timescales and next steps.

Children’s Hearing Service – October 2024

The waiting room had lots for children to play with, including having access to the garden. The staff doing the hearing test were lovely and made my daughter feel very comfortable.

Adult Community Speech and Language Therapy – October 2024

The therapist explained so much and taught me all sorts to look out for whilst looking after my dad's coughing and swallowing. They took their time with me and was particularly patient with my dad.

Community nursing – October 2024

All the nursing team are excellent. They are very polite, knowledgeable and always take the time to talk to me. They are an excellent team and they've been looking after me for sometime now.

Community Rehabilitation Team – October 2024

Physiotherapist was very informative about the different types of equipment we could use. She was also very gentle and sympathetic to my mother-in-law's situation. (Urgent Therapy)

Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team – October 2024

Staff were friendly, helpful and kind. I was helped to do my exercises and improved my mobility.

Continence Service – October 2024

The nurse made me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable about my condition. They made me feel comfortable when talking about a difficult subject. A lovely nurse.

Community Chronic Pain Service – October 2024

The therapist was my life saver, they listened to me, gave me solid advice, was my safety net and I can never thank them enough. The treatment was so good that everything they said sunk in and I knew I could trust them after the first few minutes of our sessions.

Community orthopaedics – October 2024

My care and treatment was of the very best. All the treatment was explained and when given was done as sympathetically as was possible. Could not have had a better experience.
