Watch our 2022/23 annual meeting

If you couldn't make it to our annual members’ and general meeting on Wednesday, 20 September, you can catch up here.

During the meeting, which was held at Trinity House in Ashford and also online between 2 and 3.30pm, we heard from John Goulston, Chair at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust, as well as our Chief Executive Mairead McCormick, Chief Finance Officer Gordon Flack and Lead Governor Carol Coleman.

They talked about what it takes to deliver high-quality services, our new we care strategy and our four ambitions for the year ahead, what our governors have been up to and there were reflections from some of our teams and patients in our snapshot of the year film. There was also an overview of our finances for 2022/23.

The Board agreed to adopt our annual report and accounts – you can view this and the papers for the meeting on our Board page. It also answered questions submitted before and during the meeting.
