Family’s wish delivered

We would like to thank the Frailty Home Treatment Service for the support my mother and father received during the last months of my father’s life. It was always his intention to remain at home until the end and your service helped his wishes to be carried out.

We would especially like to thank Emily Restell. She showed kindness, compassion and professionalism to my parents’ situation. Within 24 hours of my father’s last major fall, we had carers, a hospital bed and other equipment in place, plus a network of other support services we could access. Her actions made a big difference to my parents.

Emily was, quite simply, incredible. Emily and the team’s efforts cannot be overstated in what has been a difficult year for everyone.
