Under the Equality Act 2010, the trust has a duty to carry out an equality analysis (EA), sometimes referred to as equality impact assessments, on all service changes, new models of care, policies, protocols and strategies.
The Engagement team provide our staff and services with advice and guidance on completing an Equality Analysis.
