We're looking for nurses, therapists, paramedics, healthcare assistants and support staff to join our friendly community teams across Kent, Medway, East Sussex and London.

If you have a passion for delivering high standards of care to patients who are recovering from illness, in need of rehabilitation, or extra support to get them home, we would love to hear from you.

We'll give you support to develop your skills, and a real commitment to your personal and continued professional development, in one of the largest community providers in the UK.
